I wanted to take the time to share my experience that I’ve had over the phone with a member service rep. who actually sent me a list of providers that’s in my network. I was a bit nervous because I am in a different state visiting family, I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be able to see a urgent care provider but the process was smooth with the agent sending me over a list of providers less than 2 miles away.
